I have a new start-up idea/project: making digital tools for communities.

Initial case is to make an Unofficial KU App. Early prototype/beta-version is already online on:

Ideas for tools:

  • Curated+federated event calendar
  • Directory/guide to organise events, ie. a la junto
  • Social lunch
  • Video recording of talks etc.
  • Surveys
  • Personal timelog
  • Note-taking/mind-mapping/data-calculator tool

Initial use cases to focus on:

  • Digital tools I want to use myself
  • Students/academia (start out with KUA)
  • Climate activism and organisation
